If there's a common thread throughout the prolific works of Real Fun, Wow!, it's an overall sense of wonder at the utter absurdity of life as we know it. We're here, on a rock, floating for a short moment through infinite space. And yet... we fill our days worrying about things like taxes and traffic. In "Still Growing" like much of Daren's work, the design finds peace with this absurdity by zooming in, not out. In this beautifully understated design, we focus on the simple, haphazard pattern of growing flowers.
The flowers are unconcerned with global politics, social norms, or schedules. They just grow -- stretching out their vines and roots in search of basic sustenance. In this act they are defiant and stunning, an unbothered beauty to behold. We hope this bandana can help to serve as a reminder to us all - keep it simple. There is beauty in doing your thing, living simply, and letting your proverbial flowers bloom for the world to see.
